Domestic orders will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours of receiving your order.
CA Residents are subject to Sales Tax.
Orders are shipped using the USPS Postal Service or FedEx Shipping Service. Smaller / lighter items will be shipped using USPS first class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Larger / Heavier items will be shipped using USPS Parcel Post or FedEx Ground services. If you need your order expedited, please send us an email and will send you expedited shipping options.
**FREE SHIPPING** Domestic orders of $100 or more qualify for Free Shipping and will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post. (Please note that all artwork, custom pieces, and select items are excluded from the Free shipping promotion) Items excluded from the FREE shipping promotion will receive a separate shipping invoice prior to the item shipping.
In-Store Pick Up option. Simply purchase the items on our website. During check out you will have the in-store pick up option. Receipt required for all orders. Please allow 1 hour from the time order was placed before picking up your order at our location.
International orders Currently we only accept Paypal as payment for international orders. International Packages will be shipped within 72 hrs. of receiving your order and are sent via USPS Postal Service. Shipping costs on international packages may vary depending on weight and the country destination. Most international orders are sent via First Class Mail Service although the heavier items may be shipped USPS Priority Mail. **Please note that there is no tracking number available for USPS First Class Mail Service. Dragatomi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are sent with standard international shipping. Dragatomi is not responsible for any duty fees** We do also offer expedited shipping. HOLD for Combined Shipping with other purchases option. This option is available for our International customers. This helps allow our international buyers to save on shipping by combining orders. Once we receive your order, we will hold your item(s) if you choose this option. When you are all ready for us to ship, contact us via email, and we will send you a shipping invoice.
PRE-ORDER Items. Items purchased on a pre-order status will ship out as soon as the items are received. The dates listed on the item detail page are just an estimate and is subject to change without notice. DO NOT combine pre-order items with In-Stock items. Please purchase them separately.
Refunds / Returns - Refunds will be given in the form of store credit only. No cash refunds.
There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for canceled orders. Please email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be in brand new, unused and unopened condition. Custom / Art pieces are not included as a returnable item. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
Please contact us immediately if your order is defective. We understand that sometimes the boxes can get damaged during transit, and we do our best to make sure we package each order properly. We cannot offer replacements for damages occurring on the box only. If your item is defective, please email us right away. Some items cannot be replaced because they may no longer be available. If your item is no longer available, once we receive the defective item back, a credit will be issued and remain in our system for you to use at a later time, or we will be happy to exchange it for you with something else.
Custom / Art pieces – There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges for any custom / art pieces purchased. Due to the nature of some of these pieces (ex. Custom Blind Box) they cannot be returned.
